Fonts and media are served from this website. There are no advertising trackers, analytics integrations or visitor accounts. The hosting provider may process normal request information to serve pages and keep the site secure.
Saving a request
While requests are not open, the access form saves a text file to your device. Nothing is sent to Aynvia when you save it, and the form never uploads video or images.
When requests are open
Submitting the form sends your name, email, organization, chosen interest and any optional workflow details to the configured delivery service so we can reply. Please share only what is relevant, and no sensitive personal data about other people.
Security and retention
The request endpoint validates input and applies temporary rate limits. It does not store requests in an application database or log their contents. Retention rules for the receiving service will be set before requests open.
